Shipping policy

Standard shipping orders ship via USPS or UPS and typically take 2-4 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out. COOLCLOTH is not responsible for any shipping delays, products that are lost or products that are damaged during transit. The US Postal Service and United Parcel Service will be responsible once we ship the packages.

We ship anywhere within the United States.

2-Day shipping orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and received within 4-5 business days.

1-Day shipping orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and recieved within 3 business days.

Returns and exchanges

CLOTHING - Any clothing item that is unworn, unwashed, and still in resell condition will be eligible for a size exchange or a store credit within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be in original condition with tags attached (when applicable). Customers will be responsible for any shipping fees associated during this process.​

SHOES - Any shoes unworn and still in resell condition will be eligible for a size exchange or a store credit within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be in original condition with box included. Customers will be responsible for any shipping fees associated during this process.

Clearance Items

**RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNWORN AND UNWASHED. ITEMS THAT APPEAR WORN, HAVE STAINS, ODORS, ETC WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN WORN ONCE, IT WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR A RETURN.**

Please allow 3-4 business days for COOLCLOTH to receive your return. 

Once approved please allow 3-6 business days for your merchandise credit to be applied.

Note: If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return then we will contact you for payment information and you will be responsible for the return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 14 days.

Enter your order number and email address in the Return Portal presented above and click Start. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
